Collective agreement of Severstal PJSC for 2018-2020

Severstal PJSC has a collective agreement. Its provisions cover almost 24 thousand employees. It stipulates for the main benefits and guarantees for employees. The new version of the agreement is valid until the end of 2020.

The collective agreement of Severstal has repeatedly been recognized as the best in the industry in terms of social benefits and guarantees, social and economic efficiency.

Benefits and guarantees under the Collective Agreement

Support for families of employees in the form of material assistance:

  • birth of a child – 3,000 rubles in one installment;
  • for guardians – 1,000 rubles per child per month;
  • for widows – 1,000 rubles per child per month;
  • for multi-child families: with 3 children – 500 rubles per child;
  • from 4 and more children – 1,000 rubles per child per month;
  • compensation for kindergarten – single mothers and fathers (unmarried); dismissed due to the reduction of staff or number of employees (within 1 year);
  • financial assistance in connection with a difficult life situation up to 7,000 rubles, in an emergency situation up to 15,000 rubles;
  • financial assistance in connection with death of close relatives – 4,000 ruble in one installment;
  • funeral services for the burial of workers.

Support for families of employees in the form of special purpose loans:

  • first marriage – 25,000 rubles;
  • in a difficult life situation – up to 50,000 rubles.

Additional guarantees for women employees:

  • exemption from work with preservation of average wages from the date of registration in the maternity welfare center until receipt of pregnancy-maternity allowance (if the workplace is located at the industrial site);
  • monthly financial assistance in the amount of 4,000 rubles for female employees exempted from work due to leave to care for a child from 1.5 to 3 years old.

Benefits for employees of certain categories:

  • persons employed by the Company for the first time within 1 year after serving in the army – one-time financial assistance of 10,000 rubles;
  • Honorary donors who donated blood at least 3 times in the previous year – monthly financial assistance of 500 rubles;
  • employees working in gas protective or diving equipment – compensation of dental prosthetics services at the expense of the employer;
  • injured employees or employees with an occupational disease – compensation for psychological damage up to the average annual salary of the employee.

Additional paid vacation under the Collective Agreement:

  • in case of first marriage of an employee or its child; for a father after release of a child from the maternity hospital – 3 days;
  • for funeral of relatives – 3 days (in case of travel to the territory of the region – 5 days);
  • on the first school day of the year – for parents of first-graders;
  • to women for a medical examination in the antenatal clinic – 1 day.
