Training is conducted by both internal trainers and external providers.
Development of professional knowledge and skills of staff is carried out in the following areas:
- Increasing the level of knowledge on industrial and occupational safety issues, maintenance of facilities controlled by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Oversight of Russia (Rostechnadzor)
- Study of technological processes of metallurgical production, automated process control systems
- Maintenance and operation of existing equipment
